Steve and I wish we could be there to celebrate Dave's life. Marcia, you raised a wonderful son. Donna, what a great sister you were. Sue, I remember when Dave called me to tell me he met someone. Then when he said he was getting married. He was so happy. We had so many good times in Dallas, when he visited us in Tahoe and when we came to Chicago to meet all of you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dave was my cousin and a great friend of mine for over 50 years. He truly was one of a kind. I loved him very much. My deepest sympathies to Sue, his loving wife and best friend. His mother, and my Aunt, Marcia and the rest of his family and all his many friends.
