I was so lucky to have Donna as my neighbor and one of of my first "mom friends." Taylor and Brett are one month apart and they along with Dillon were amazing friends. Donna and I spent countless hours raising our kids together - play dates, birthdays, snow days, walking to school every day, Sandburg pool, Sunday school, the beach, 4th of July, air and water show, sitting on the front porch talking... so many memories!! We were there for each other when our lives took unexpected turns. Words cannot express how much our friendship means to me. Donna's positive outlook, radiant smile and endless love will always be with me and will live on in Taylor. Donna, I love you and miss you. Rest in peace my friend.

Donna, It hurts us all to see you go so unexpectedly quick... I wish I could have said goodbye before you left us... I will miss you poping in to greet us as usual during the day! With your constant joy and positive attitude... You always emitted an aura of positivity that lifted everyones spirits! You were NEVER negative! You have amazing strength to remain so positive and seemingly worry free! You are one of the nicest friendliest people I have ever met! You were so easy to talk to about anything and held nothing back! I especially loved the story about how you retrieved your lost crown! Thinking of those stories makes me feel fortunate to have been able to spend time with you! It also makes me sad that I wont be able to see you again or hear those stories again... ...I know you want us to not worry about you, and want us to remain positive! So I will do just that, and will try to focus on the fun moments we shared! We will miss you and will never forget you!
