Valiant woman! Who shall find her? More precious than every treasure Is she who fears the Lord. She brings forth good not evil Throughout her fruitful life. Her hands go out in service To needy and to poor. She is clothed with strength and dignity, She can smile at days to come. When she speaks it is with wisdom,, On her tongue is kindly truth. Her loved ones stand to praise her, This woman of the Lord. "Many are the women of proven worth, But you have excelled them all." Charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting; Give her a reward for her labors, And let her works praise her at the city gates.

My family and I all loved Frances and will continue to love her memory. We will miss her terribly. It all started with my grandpa Gus having the idea to introduce her to my mom's first cousin in Italy, John Rubino. Frances went there to meet him and the rest is blissful history! So many things to miss about Fran and looking forward to someday having that coffee break with her again. I wish she and my mom could have seen each other lately but with my mom's condition and Fran's condition, it was not possible. BUT, they did talk on a little speaker phone and when I'd tell my mom that Frances was on the phone, she would perk up and get a smile on her face. Thank you, Frances, for everything!!! All our love from Mary, Anna, Sandy and Vito Falco and Nick and Marisa and family too!

We were saddened to hear this news of the passing of "Frannie". Our families send prayers for your family during this difficult time in your lives. The world was a better place with her in it. She casted a light when she entered a room and brought dignity to every occasion she was a part of. She will not be forgotten. We were all blessed to have had her cross our paths and pass on words of wisdom, advice and love. Our sincerest condolences,
