Geoffrey Bays 74, born in Chicago IL., passed away peacefully on August 6th, 2022
Graduated from Holy Trinity High School
In 1965 Geoffrey willingly enlisted in the United States Navy to serve our Country in the Vietnam War.
He was a member of Local IBEW 134 for over 40 years and retired as a General Foreman Electrician from University of Illinois Chicago.
He enjoyed fishing on Lake Erie, target shooting, making wine and traveling with his Family to Florida.
Beloved husband of Sandy(nee Castagna) of 48 years
Devoted Father to Brandy, Sherry, Darcy (Chris D’Alessandro), Geoffrey (Katie nee Troia)
Loving Papa to Drea, Johnathan, Cyra, Drew, Brandon, Rosemary, Leo and Clara

Geoff was always happy and smiling, and we will forever remember him that way. We pray for his wonderful wife, Sandy, his son and daughters, and all of his beautiful grandchildren. It breaks our hearts that he will not be able to see them grow up, but we know that he’ll be watching over them. God bless and much love! Mark and Chris
