Joseph Anthony Servedio, 77, of Murphy N.C., formerly of Hinsdale, IL., passed away Saturday, August 14, 2021 .He was born in Chicago, IL to Winifred and the late Vito Servedio. Joseph was owner/operator of VisCom System Signs in North Carolina.
Surviving are his wife, JoAnn Marie Tittle Servedio; two sisters, Mary Lou Servedio Milano, and Joanne Marie Rotter and husband Steve Rotter, 3 nephews Rene A. Roberts III, Steven A. Rotter and wife, Jessica, and David J. Rotter and wife, Vicki; three great nephews, Tyler, Luke, and Liam Rotter; and a great niece, Kylie Rotter.
Funeral Thursday, family and friends are invited to gather 10:00 a.m. at Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels 450 W. Lake St. Roselle, IL. 60172 (3/4 mile west of Bloomingdale/Roselle Rd.) to St. Philip the Apostle Church. Mass 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. My dear brother my heart will never be whole again. I always knew you were there for me at the other end of the phone to answer questions or to give me the information I needed to survive in my East Texas snowstorm. You stepped up when Dad was not here to do so. I love you Joe. Until we meet again.
