The world was a funnier, happier, more caring place with Uncle Joey in it. Heaven has gained one of the kindest, most supportive, and humorous individuals to add to the splendor that is an eternal paradise. While he will always be greatly missed by so many, so many are better off for having known him. Riposa in pace, ama sempre

Uncle Joey, there are so many words i want to say but, my heart is so broken, i may not remember them all. You were such a warm, caring, funny person who never made me stop laughing. You cared about your family deeply. When ever my car was broke, you made time to fix it and made sure to tell me "get rid of this piece of junk". Im waiting for that phone call so you can just tell that again. Im waiting for that text with a random silly picture. Im waiting but, my heart is telling me to just hold on to those memories because you are with the family angels in heaven now. I love you Uncle Joey and will forever miss you. Rest in Paradise. Love you with all my heart, Dawnie.

Leaving all my love for Joe's family and friends, who he loved so much. The last year and some months I have had the honor to know him, has been the happiest of my life. He lit up the world. His humor, his kindness, his love, his toughness, his sensitivity can never be matched. He was endlessly proud of his son, and talked often of his deep love of family. He handled life's hardest moments with grace and wit. My heart is with all of his loved ones during this time. His presence was a gift to all of us fortunate enough to know and love him. Forever & always, he will be cherished.
