Mark, you will always be in my thoughts, laughing at your remarks and gestures and me giving you the look. To the Delia family, you will always have an ear from me if you need someone to listen.

Our prayers go out to the entire family of Mark and to the IDOC family & friends. Mark loved people and he loved working in law enforcement. If you asked Mark to do something, if he couldn't do it himself he would steer you to someone who could. You truly had to know him to like him. Rest In Peace Mark, you will be in our memory forever.
