Born in Chicago, Illinois, lived in Glendale heights where he raised his two girls. Retired from the United States Postal Service and moved to Amarillo Texas after his wife passed in 2012.
Loving wife of 42 years to his beloved Teresa (late). Caring father to Sharyn Kosuth and Rebecca(Matthew) Lofton. Beloved Grandpa aka Papa to Ian, Dominic and Fiona. Beloved oldest brother to Robert (Po-line)Kosuth, Bill (Pam) Kosuth and Paul (Dawn late). Fun loving uncle and great uncle to many nieces and newphews.

Enjoyed bowling and had the nickname “Iron Mike” Die hard Chicago Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks and White Sox fan. Is a Devoted Catholic and was a fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus. Enjoyed volunteering for meals on Wheels. Most of all enjoyed hanging out with friends and family especially his grandkids and making everyone smile.

Mike was a fun loving man that love his family. When we would visit that's all he talked about was his family. I'll miss you Mike. Dcn. Ron Herr.

I only knew Michael a few years, he was a kind and gentle man that always smiled and made you smile. He Love his kids and grandkids and will be missed! Love and Prayers for Rebecca and family.
