I recently heard about the passing of Mike My deepest sympathies to the Starodub Family during this difficult time. I worked with Mike at Lexmark for over 10 years but have since moved on to another company. Mike supported some large companies with me. He taught me a lot about keeping things in perspective. He had this sense of calm when dealing with challenging customer situations. His customer respected him immensely. He was a great problem solver. We often made day trips to visit accounts in Wisconsin and downstate IL. It was during these long day trips I learned how much his family meant to him. It's been several years since I've seen him but I remember him vividly talking about Cole playing baseball & racing model cars and Sara's driving and her first job. I had the utmost respect for Mike and know he will be missed dearly,

I had the immense pleasure of working with Mike at Lexmark. He was a kind, caring and simply amazing human being. He was reliable, knowledgeable and dealt with customers with utmost importance and professionalism. He was one of those people that would always be incredibly nice and nothing rattled him. He always saw the positive in people, even the most difficult of human beings. Mike, it's been a pleasure to work with you, learn from you and simply get to know you over the last 18 years. You will be deeply missed. Deepest sympathies to the Starodub family.

Kristi and family, My heart hurts for you. I cannot even imagine what you are feeling. I never met Michael, but based on what I have seen on FB he seemed like a wonderful husband and father. Losing a parent is difficult but at a young age is the super difficult. Prayers to you and your family. My thoughts will be with you this week.

Words are hard to come by in a time like this. Your Uncle Bob thought so much of and loved Mike and his family abundantly. I met Mike for the first time in Boulder, CO, when your Uncle Bob and I drove there to have dinner with Mike during one of Mike's business trips. Then, when we went to Chicago, some years back, we met Mike's family and Helmut's family. I fell in love with all of you. You were so loving and accepting of me. You always made your Uncle Bob proud. I remember we all met at a German Restaurant and we visited and celebrated with each other. Kristi, you are strong and you will endure, but you'll always have Mike in your heart and near you wherever you go, as I do your Uncle Bob. God bless you and your children with peace, grace, and love. And, God bless Mike's siblings and their families with this tremendous loss. All of you will be in my prayers. Love, (Uncle Bob) and Bettie

My brother, the eye of the hurricane, calm before during and after the storm. My wife always said whenever I had to build something to call Michael for help. She knew I would remain calm during the building of furniture with him there. I will miss his calmness, his smile, his Love. Rest in Peace Brother.
