Nancy Blevons

It is with heavy hearts we announce the lord’s newest angel. Nancy (Mimi) Blevons, 64 of Addison. After her courageous three and half year journey with pancreatic cancer, Nancy transitioned on Tuesday, April 9th in her home surrounded by the love and care of her family.

She leaves behind the love of her life Tim and their beautiful blended family. Proud, loving mother of Jay (Sam), Jessy (Ryan), Apryll, Kyle and Taylor. Eldest daughter of Aniela (Robert) and Melvin (Paula). She will always be remembered as “Mimi” by her grandchildren; Tommy, Leo, Savannah and Vivi as well as Gabriella, Nick and Jackson.

Devoted sister to Jeri (Jay) and Lisa (Tim) as well as her brother “Butch” who’m she is now reunited with in heaven. Sister-in-law to Nancy (Tony), Sue (Mike) and “Cookie” who is also with her now in heaven. Step-sister to Scott and Steve and aunt to their children. Her memory will be cherished by her many nieces and nephews; Ryan (Kasia), Jacki (Mike), Eric, Brandon, Sammy, Alex as well as Gary (Toni), Tony (Mary Jo), Jackie (Rick) and Brandi (Marshall). We know this is not goodbye, as her spirit will live on through the many people’s lives she touched.

Visitation will be held Friday 4/12 from 3:00- 9:00 pm. The Funeral will be on Saturday 4/13. Family and friends are asked to gather at 8:00 a.m. at Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels 450 W. Lake St. Roselle, IL. 60172 (3/4 mile west of Bloomingdale/Roselle Rd.) Funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Church Downtown St. Charles.
