Nella Portone, Age 93, nee Castiglione. Beloved wife of the late Francesco. Devoted mother of Franca (Terry) Tyrpin and Maria Letizia (Tim) Fiorini. Cherished Nonna of Bryan (Taylor) Tyrpin, Matthew Tyrpin, Alec Fiorini and Andrea Fiorini. Dear sister of Miruzza Castiglione, Marcella (late Mike) Mazzuca, Rinuccia (Sam) Mazzuca and the late Delfina Castiglione. Donations to the Breast Cancer Society would be appreciated.

Zia Nella, You were such a wonderful, kind, and loving person and you are greatly missed. I was blessed to be able to spend so many summer trips in Roselle at your home. And I have so many wonderful memories of you and your goodness. Jacqui and I were also very blessed to have you with us at our wedding, and we will remember you always. Cara Nella, Sono seduta qui, ti penso e non riesco a contenere il mio dolore. Mi rendo conto che nessuno e' rimasto eterno in questo mondo, ma le persone come te non dovrebbero morire mai. Eri dolce, buona, affettuosa, altruista, e creativa con le tue mani d'oro. Sapevi ridere quando invece volevi piangere, per non disturbare quelli che ti stavano vicino.
