Very sorry to hear about Perry’s passing. I knew his dad when I worked at Itasca Country Club where my dad was general manager, I would call Perry’s mom to place the produce orders every week. Still remember Paul and his employee George so well. Years later Perry would sometimes deliver produce to the winery in Roselle and I would see him there.

Perry’s father, Paul, became our one and only produce company for Sportys for 35 years. Perry was only 18 at the time. Always looking out for us with quality products were forever indebted to him. A hard life for him, never having taken a real vacation, his kind is now a thing of the past. May we remember him for his kindness towards his beloved pets. He is now with mom and dad.
