Peter Theodore Hantgos, 91, US Army Veteran, Born in Aris, Messinia, Greece; Beloved husband of Irene nee Mitchakes; Devoted father of Theodore, Aristides (Francesca), and Dimitrios (Suzanne); Cherished grandfather of Margherita, Panagiota, Stephanos, and Anastasia; Loving brother of Andrew (the late Raina), Mary (Timothy) Lathouris, the late Christine (the Late Pericles) Klufetos, and the late George (the late Alexandra) Hantzos; Dearest brother-in-law of Polyxeni (the late Haralambos) Stoubos and Costa (Trudy) Mitchakes; Dear uncle, cousin and friend to many. Peter was the owner/operator of Pete’s Office Machine Co. from 1954 thru 2007 which was located in downtown Chicago. Visitation Monday morning, April 27, 2020 from 8:30 a.m. till 10:15 a.m. at Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels 450 W. Lake St. Roselle, IL., Funeral from funeral home to St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, Elmhurst, IL. for 11 a.m. Funeral service (CDC regulations will only allow 10 people in Church “Family only”). You may sit in auto and follow to Arlington Cemetery for Interment after church services. Please omit flowers donations in his memory to Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, appreciated.
