My sincerest condolences to the family. Rich and I worked together for many years until my retirement and I know he was looking forward to his retirement too. We also shared many Florida storys along the way. He was one of my favorite people at Aurora Circuits and he will be missed.

My deepest condolences and prayers to the family. Still in shock over the loss of Rich and can't believe it. We worked together for 40 plus years and he told me so many fishing stories along the way and how much he loved Marco Island time! We liked keeping each other informed, about the markets and family. Loyal employee, who really loved his job! I will miss our talks until we meet again old friend.

Dear Debi and Bazzanella Family I am so very sorry to hear of this loss of Rich at such a young age. I grew up on 35th street with Rich in Melrose Park. We mostly hung out in high school with a large group of amazing people. Rich was such a special and supportive friend to me. Unfortunately after my divorce in my early 20s I lost touch with so many. I will never forget you Rich. I know you were an amazing husband to Debi and you were so, so happy together. I can just imagine what kind of father and grandfather you became. I pray for each of you who are grieving Rich's passing to heaven, that someday the great sadness you are feeling today will be replaced with the amazing memories in which you were so blessed to have experienced by having him as a part of your lives. Know that he will now be with you wherever you go. So very sorry for your loss. You are all in my prayers. God bless you all.

My dear Bazzanella family, My heart aches when I think about the loss of Richie. As his wife, daughters, mother and brothers, I know your pain is deep and your heart is heavy. I do so much wish that I could take that hurt away. Tenderly, may time heal your sorrow. Gently, may friends ease your pain. Softly, may peace replace heartaches. And may the warm memories of Richie remain in our hearts. Affectionately, Your cousin Maria Pia

Rich, I love you and miss you. Everything’s gonna be alright! We go this from here. I wish I could have told you how mch you meant to me. You opened your arms and invited me into a love I will never ever forget. You allowed me to marry your daughter and give you grandkids. We have vowed to teach the kids to be the best damn fisherman and to raise them to be just like their Papa. To give unconditional love for your friends, family and to our lord Jesus. Don’t you worry about Debi. We got her too. We will do your 10am calls just to remind her how much she is loved. She is surrounded by love just as much as you are. We will be by her side day, night, and all those in between. She will never have to be alone. I promise. You have been here through thick and thin, dark and light. Sad and funny…mostly funny…and for that we are all better people. We all love and miss you so, so, so much. Just because you are gone from our sight, just know you are forever in our hearts. I love you Richie. I love you.
