Richard, Stanley, Stash and so on and so on. He went by many names and embraced them all. He was a funny and happy man who loved his "Angels" deeply and adored his grandchildren more than one can express. I remember growing up and spending a lot of time at the Miller household and how he kept his sanity with those angels sometimes, I wondered. He managed to though and loved his girls with his whole heart. He was always welcoming and treated me as one of the family. Stash, you will be missed and your memory will live on for generations to come. Give Mama Lou a huge hug from me, will ya?

My sincerest condolences to the entire Miller family. I'm going to write about your mom first. The loss of one's mother leaves a hole in our hearts that can never be filled and observing the grief of our father's as they face the world without the love of their lives brings such a feeling of helplessness. We know what moms need. Your dad has faced life for 10 years without your mom and other than trying to comfort him, while you were dealing with your own loss just wasn't the same. When a mom dies and dad is faced with life without her, we cannot understood our dad's pain, although we try. Men just keep it all in. So for 10 or so years you girls and your children attempted to do what you could for your dad. Now, your task is completed and he is with your beloved mother for eternity in Heaven reaping what Jesus promised. No tears in Heaven. So live your lives as you always have in your family of love. Your memories will always be in your hearts. My Donna loved being at your home when you were growing up and always looked forward to being with the Miller's. I didn't really know all of you, but Sandy and Theresa made memories with Donna and Linda. Good memories! I am so sorry that you are each grieving in your individual ways. With my love and hope for eternal peace, Pat Peterman. (Donna & Linda's mom)

I know how hard it is to lose your Dad, but it is just a transition. And knowing that we do see our loved ones agaim, gives my heart some hope when I am having a hard day . Love and Hugs to you.

Our hearts are saddened by your loss. We loved your dad as did my parents. Although we hadn’t seen him in a long time, we did talk on the phone. He always remembered my mom’s birthday. My dad always called him “ Uncle Rich”. We are sorry that he is gone, but will always be remembered with love.
