Robert (Bob) A. Resuali, loving and devoted husband of 61 years to Donna (nee Casaletto); son of Louis and Marie Resuali; son-in-law of Samuel and Frances Casaletto; devoted and beloved father of Arlynne (Tim) Zofkie, Vanessa (Todd) Veazie, and Rob Resuali; cherished grandpa of Amanda Zofkie (Nick Gill), Andrew Zofkie and Elizabeth Zofkie; Evan (Julia) Resuali, Sam Resuali, Avery Resuali and Brynn Resuali; dear great grandpa to Joan Gill; brother to the late Louis (Gloria) Resuali and late Robert Paul Resuali; uncle to Bob (Tracey) Resuali; brother-in-law to Michele (Rick) Pitello; uncle to Michael (Lori) Pitello and Nicole (Matt) Morgan; Great nephew and Great nieces plus many dear friends from St. Matthew parish. Visitation will be held Saturday, July 16th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Matthew Parish in Glendale Heights. Mass of Catholic burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. at St. Matthew Parish in Glendale Heights following the visitation. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the:

To Bob. I knew you longer than my own father. Dad died when I was 21. And you stepped in to be there. You are the best. From helping me with chemistry homework, to helping me buy my first car(brown mustang) , to driving me to church to marry Rick in your Ford LTD station wagon,and even bringing Dad to the Abbey where I graduated from college in the Ford on a mattress you were there. Love you forever. Rest In Peace. Love Michele

“A life is not important except in the impact it has on other lives.” Mr. Resuali, your friendship with my parents is spanned over 50 years. I honestly don’t remember not knowing you. Your smile and sense of humor could light up a room. I was so fortunate to have you serve as an Extraordinary Minister at our wedding 38 years ago. You and Mrs. Resuali have always been there for my parents as well as the Davis kids. Our hearts are broken but we have such wonderful memories to carry us forward. You left your fingerprints on all of our hearts. We will never forget you. Hold us in the palm of your hand in heaven as you did on earth. Love, Kelly

To the Resualli Family…. My thoughts and prayers go to all of you. Your Dad was like a second father to us. All the help and kindness he shared with me and my parents will never go forgotten. Mrs. Resuali, I am so sorry for your loss. Not sure you remember me -- Carol Pelletier's or Mary Jane Lebron's friend. I remember meeting both of you at Portillo's. Anyway, hopefully Mr. Resuali will rest in peace and fly high with the angels!!

Mrs. Resuali, Arlynne, Vanessa, and Robert, My sincere condolences to you at this time. Your Dad was a great man.
