Rosemary Loquercio, 87, passed away peacefully and with grace on October 29, 2022, surrounded by family members. Wife to the Late; James Cozzi, Bill Chokl, and Tony Loquercio. Devoted Mom to (the Late) Jim Cozzi (Geri) and Chris Cozzi (Donna). Dear Grandmother to Jimmy, Vinnie and Christopher Cozzi. Beloved Sister of Jerry (Lee) and the Late; Virginia (Gene), Bob (Pearl), Richie (Lorraine), Loretta (James), Margie and still born baby brother. Beloved Aunt to many Nieces and Nephews. Dear daughter of the Late Agnes and Christ Chulos. Cherished and lifelong friend to Dorothy Bielski (Late Ed). Rosemary spent 45 years with Montgomery Ward where she developed countless deep, loving and lasting relationships with too many people to name.
A fiercely independent and strong woman, Rosemary enjoyed life at her Oak Brook Condo over the past 30+ years. Right to the end she managed all of her own affairs, frequented the health club, shopped, cooked, spent time with her friends and family, enjoyed Facebooking, as well as emailing and texting with her family and friends. She remained a voracious reader, always working on a new novel or just the daily newspapers. As an avid traveler, Rosemary was fortunate enough to explore many destinations around the world by both land and sea. One of her favorite spots was the Rancho Rio Caliente Spa in Guadalajara, Mexico. She spent many winters there reconnecting with friends, enjoying the healing powers of the Hot River and the Primavera Forests that surrounded the beautiful and mystical mountainous retreat. She also loved spending time with her friends of nearly 60 years, Kathy and Gary Golub, at both their Florida and Michigan homes.

I had the pleasure of working with Rosemary at Montgomery Ward in the 1980s, where we were on the same team in advertising. When I finally received an Associates Degree, she surprised me with a beautiful necklace. Lovely, classy lady!
