“What we have once enjoyed we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us,” So sorry to hear about the passing of your dad...there is another star in the heavens.

You will be so dearly missed, Grandpa. You made such an impression on others with your kindness, warm smile, and sense of humor. I've felt your support my entire life and was always so proud to have you attend life's milestone events - from graduations to soccer games to half marathons, you never missed a beat. I will miss your gentle presence and will always cherish the memories we had together. All of us grandchildren were so lucky to have you as our Grandpa and I'll continue to try to live my life by the example you set. I'll forever remember you with your Cubs hat and tote bag, forever walking beside us.
