Tasia Panagakis, age 68, nee Sotiropoulos; Born in Tripoli, Greece; Beloved wife of the late Peter G.; Devoted mother of George (Jaime), Andy (Laura), Pano and Despina (Thanasis) Kotrotsos; Cherished grandmother of Adrianna, Anastasia, Ana, Arianna, Alexa, Angelina, Peter, Athena and Chryssa; Loving daughter of the late Andreas and Athanasia Sotiropoulos; Dearest sister of Eleni (Greg) Gatzionis, Bill (Toula) Sotiropoulos, the late Tom (the late Vasiliki) Sotiropoulos and the late Nikki (George) Lavida; Dear sister-in-law, cousin and friend to many. Tasia along with her late husband Peter, were the owners of Savoury Restaurant located in Bartlett, IL. Tasia will be best remembered for her robust laughter and her love of cooking, whether it was for her loving family or anyone that would come to visit her.
