Memorial Gifts may be made in lieu of flowers in Ms. Conway’s name to the Southern Illinois University Foundation at the School of Medicine, in Springfield, Illinois, for Research purposes. Donors should be advised to make their check payable to the SIU Foundation at School of Medicine. Gifts postmarked by December 31, 2022 are eligible for tax purpose in the tax year of 2022. The funds will be used for Research at the School of Medicine. In the “note” line write: Theresa Conway Research Memorial.
