Bill was one of the kindest men I have ever known. I was blessed to have him as a co-worker for many years at the DuPage County Treasurer's Office. He loved his family and never had a cross word for anyone. Rest in Peace my friend!

Bill was my father-in-law for 31 years; in that time, I don't think I ever heard him speak a harsh word, or saw him do an unkind thing; he was one of the kindest people I have ever known. I'm glad to have had him in my life as a role model and inspiration, and doubly glad my sons had such a man to learn from, look up to and love. He will be missed profoundly. Larry

Melanie, Tim, Ross and Ryan, our deepest sympathies to you all. I know how much you loved Bill. He was such a good man and he took such good care of your mom/grandma. Our prayers are with you and Ellen.
