Athanasios (Tom) Giannoudakos, 46 years old of Itasca, IL, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021. He was born August 31, 1974 in Addison, IL the son of Kyriakos and Eftihia (nee Triantafillou) Giannoudakos. Tom was one of the most caring and loving son, brother and uncle who always went out of his way for others. He loved reading stories to his nieces and nephews and would jump at the chance to spend time with them. He truly loved life! In addition to his love for his family, he enjoyed listening to Greek music, joking around, working on cars at his dad’s repair shop, and the family dog, Niko, brought him much happiness. Tom was diagnosed with MS at a young age. He beat COVID last year when the doctors didn’t have much hope. He fought like a true Greek warrior for an entire year! He will be missed beyond words.

Tom is survived by his parents, Kyriakos and Eftihia; his brother, Bill and his wife Vetta, brother Terry and his wife Helen and brother Peter; his nieces and nephews, Maria, Andrew, Effie, Ali, Marco, Elpida, and Adriana, aunts, cousins; and extended family and friends.

Roselle Rd, Palatine, IL 60067. The entombment will be held at All Saints Cemetery located at 700 N. River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016.
