***
Carol and Mike started dating in 1963. They wed in 1965 and their relationship blossomed over 57 years he often called her “my little flower“. Another of his favorite nicknames was “my little sweetie”. She gave birth to her only daughter Debra in 1967. She was a loving, devoted mother and their relationship grew into an inseparable bond of friendship. In addition of being a loving wife and mother, she was a beautician, crossing guard, lunch room lady and receptionist at a salon. She loved traveling, playing cards, scrabble, scratching instant lottery tickets and cooking. The house always smelled delicious when you walked in! She was always well put together, took so much pride in her beautiful hair by sleeping in rollers every night to get the perfect curl. She was loved by all for her kindness, generosity, selflessness, willingness to stick up for the underdog and never had a mean word to say about anyone. She will be missed by all.
Heaven certainly gained a real Angel.

My Dear Friend since grammar school. You were always so kind, had a great sense of humor and always smiled. I will miss your Christmas phone calls and my early Christmas cards. I wish I could have seen you more often. I love you and miss you already. I am so glad you are no longer in pain. Joyce

Sister my heart is shattered. I miss you more than I can say in words. You were the best sister I could ever want. I will love you always and miss my warrior forever. Be at peace now and free from pain. You are an angel now as you were on earth.

We offer our deepest sorrow for the loss of Carol. She was a kind, thoughtful, and strong person who lived with a very upbeat, positive attitude. She inspired others with her strength and fortitude. Carol will be deeply missed. Our prayers and sympathy are with her family and friends, Dave, Pam, and Michael Pidgeon
