Chris, you will be missed greatly. My first memories of you was cutting my hair for the first time when I was 6 in my mom's kitchen with me sitting on a stack of phone books. From there over the years watching you build your business and being very successful at it. I loved coming to you with just talking and being your friend. You were the best and you being there watching me grow up and then cutting my daughters hair for the first time when she was 6. For these past 30 years I have cherished our time together and I will miss you. Your smile, your laugh and all your stories about your family. You have been apart of our family and I will always remember you. My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this tough time. I am truly sorry for your loss.

To the Macaluso Family: My sister (Kathy Blegen) and I, often saw Chris for our hair, but for most of all, it was for her beautiful personality and friendship...Her spirit is strong and will always be. I would like to share with you this...When our mother passed, my husband's aunt said to me, "...Your relationship with your mother is still present, it's just different...it's spiritual..." - And that is the absolute truth. You will feel her all around you, and as a part of you, always...perhaps stronger than before. And over time it will grow...take rest in knowing that her love is right there with you...and will always be...Much love and peace to all of you ♥️

I was saddened to hear about the loss of Christine. I remember these two high school sweethearts in the hallways of West Leyden. Obvious from pictures you had a lasting love and created a beautiful family. Hopefully that love and many years of memories will help carry you through these most difficult times. Far too young, my thoughts and prayers are with you Tony and your family.

I guess my last 1 didn’t post…Chris, I’ll miss your smile & that laugh. Though we weren’t close we shared the same friends & had some classes together in High School. Even though you picked on me I let you because you were special & a wonderful person, I let you tease me just so we could all hear you laugh, which was so unique. You’re in a treasured place now & you’ll be missed exponentially. You were a great wife, mother & friend to all who knew you. This isn’t goodbye Chris, it’s “ until we meet again.” I value in high regard & fond memories of the moments we shared in school & will think of you often. Again you’re in a place of beauty & tranquility, God will take care of you & show you the love you deserve. You’re a champion & an amazing person, with much love Chris, until we meet again!
