It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Frank Conforti, 43, of Phoenix, formerly of Schaumburg, Illinois, on Thursday, January 11, 2024. Frank was born in Oak Park in 1980 and raised in Schaumburg. He attended Schaumburg High School and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University which led to a career in mortgage lending and hospitality management.

Frank was one in a million and had impeccable comedic timing that kept everyone in stitches. He had an amazing sense of humor, a contagious smile and a big heart. Frank enjoyed watching soccer, working out at the gym, catching up on his favorite shows, cooking (and of course eating) and spending time with friends and family.

He is survived by his beloved parents Leo and Emma, sisters Rosa (Michael) & Marilena, nephew Nicholas, niece Sophia, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and lifelong friends.

I can't believe you are gone. I will carry you in my heart forever. I will keep sharing all of my memories with you. I made the right choice when I picked you to be Rosie's godfather. We made so many memories. I remember all the hoopla when your mom went into labor with you.....I am not ready to say goodbye so I will say See you later Cheech! Love you so very much.
