My deepest sympathy to the Family and friends of Frankie, I have the best memories of Frank, his smiling face, and concern for others, like a big brother to many he always watched out for us.I haven't seen Frank in years but thought and reminisced with other offend. I was saddened to hear of Frank Tortorich death. I hope you will accept my most sincere sympathy and condolence. Frank was well liked person by all.
