Herbert S. Wehling, age 95, US Army Veteran, passed away June 28, 2022 in Woodruff, WI; beloved husband of the late Irene (née Zebraski). loving father of Suzanne (John) Russell, Joanne (Gary) Steeno, Leanne (Steve) Hanly, Herb Wehling and Marianne (Rich) Armbrust; cherished grandfather of Patrick (Kristina), Samantha, Sean (Lauren), Elizabeth, Kellie, Casey, Claire, Paul, Danny, Austin, Dillon and Madeline; proud great grandfather of Alexa, Madison, Payton, Aiden, Avery, Ella, Lilian and William; dear brother of the late Michael “Unc” Wehling. Visitation Monday July 11 from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass 11:00 a.m. at St. Michael Church, 310 S. Wheaton Ave., Wheaton. Interment with military honors to follow Mass at St. Michael Cemetery, Wheaton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Michael Church or Holy Family Church, 8950 County Hwy J, Woodruff, WI 54568 would be appreciated. Such wonderful memories I have of Herbie and Irene - I am thankful that I knew him and got to spend time with him growing up. I am thankful that I will be able to attend the funeral to say goodbye. From the entire Eifert Family - we send love.
