The Sbarboro Family send their deepest condolences to the Georgiou Family during this sad time. Mrs. Georgiou will be remembered as the person who was always encouraging people to keep learning throughout their entire life. She was a beautiful person giving her time in so many ways. Organist at the Assumption Church in Chicago for over 40 years. Earned her doctoral degree and published information on learning for young students. She taught with the Chicago Public School District and then onto the University of IL (Eastern). She was involved in many organizations with the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church and other charities. Many people over her lifetime received her gifts of time and talent. She will be remembered always as a beautiful treasure.
