Stella Kopsaftis as I called her all my life as Theia Stathoula was my second mom. She was the dearest and oldest friend my mom had. I always remember that she and my mom would talk to each other at LEAST twice a day. My mom always maked sure we would visit her weekly. I loved her so much. She will be dearly missed. It would break my hear to tell my mom that she had left and gone to heaven. May she Rest In Peace. Kathy Georgopoulos

My family and I lived across the street from Stella for about 20 years. Stella was a very kind person. She was always sharing treats she baked or fruit from her trees with us. My family and I are very confident that Stella is heaven, together again with her husband, Peter. We have fond memories of Stella and miss her.
