Alberto Rivero, 80 of Glendale Heights, Illinois/Cabatuan, Isabela, Philippines, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2025 at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth GlenOaks Hospital. Alberto was born on June 4, 1945, in Cabatuan, Isabela, Philippines to Primo and Primitiva Rivero. He married Remedios Maltizo on June 5, 1971 and they had two children, Mary Jayne and Lawrence. He is survived by his wife Remedios, his children, Mary Jayne (Roel) and Lawrence (Lorraine) and his grandchildren, John, Janielle, Josef, Jasmine, Emann, Sydney and Kayla, and siblings Imelda, Aristotle, Churchill, Marigrace, Marissa, Andrei, Lauriano, Femalyn and Michael.
