Alma Paradero Karikitan

Alma Paradero Karikitan, born on December 7, 1949, was a cherished daughter, devoted sister, beloved mother, and proud grandmother. She left this world on March 2, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love and resilience that will forever echo in the hearts of her family and friends.

Alma was known for her vibrant personality and remarkable sense of humor. She had an innate ability to bring joy to those around her, often brightening even the darkest days with her wit and laughter. Alma cherished her time with family, especially during the Christmas season, when she delighted in decorating her home and creating a warm, festive atmosphere that brought her loved ones together.

Alma took immense pride in her family, particularly in supporting her siblings and grandchildren in their educational pursuits. She was a steadfast source of encouragement, instilling values of hard work and dedication in those who looked up to her. The bond she shared with her family—especially her children and grandchildren—created a foundation of love that will be carried on for generations.

She is survived by her son, Xavier Ian Karikitan and his wife, Jeizelle Genice Esteban-Karikitan; her son, Senen Paradero Karikitan III and his wife, Krystle Violet Karikitan; her beloved granddaughters, Kaelyn Siri Karikitan, Kyleigh Sky Karikitan, Khloe Sage Karikitan, and Jadrienne Xenyce Karikitan; her beloved sister, Antonia Paradero; her brothers, Joshua Paradero and his wife, Lorelie Paradero, and Jonathan Paradero; and many loving nieces and nephews.

She is now reunited with her loving husband, Senen Oliveros Karikitan II, and her late  parents, Maximo Paradero and Salome Dilao. She also joins her sisters, Eden Paradero, Isabel Paradero Niebres, and Irma Paradero, and her brothers, Joel Paradero and Baltazar Paradero, all of whom preceded her into eternity. Though they are gone from this world, Alma’s spirit remained bright throughout her life and continues to live on through those who loved her.

Alma Paradero Karikitan leaves behind a profound legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering support for her family. She will be deeply missed, yet her spirit will continue to surround her loved ones, ensuring that her light never fades.
