Barbara Fabro passed away in Grand Blanc, Michigan on October 5, 2026 at the age of 81. Born in Chicago Illinois on July 9, 1945, she was the beloved daughter of late Albert and Theresa Quentere, loving sister to Albert (Toni) Quentere , and devoted mother to Sheri Fabro and Wendi (John) English. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends, whom she treasured.
No words can fully describe what a truly extraordinary person Barbara was; a sweet, kind, humble, generous, loving and an extremely selfless soul with a touch of sass.
She was special to so many people in IL and MI. Nothing was more important to her than Family. She adored her dear friends as well as all of her grandpets that she loved to spoil.
She absolutely enjoyed music, singing to the oldies especially to her favorites Neil Diamond and Tom Jones. She can recite every lyric to their songs. She relished the Hallmark Channel, watching old game shows, comedies and of course her favorite show the infamous Monk. Her hobbies included: crocheting, cross word puzzles, playing bingo, and playing slots at the casino. She also enjoyed watching and cheering on her beloved Chicago Bears and Chicago White Sox. She cherished her collection of angels as it is now befitting that heaven has eternally gained a very special angel.
