Gonzales of Glendale Heights, United States Army and Air Force veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars, Beloved husband of the late Rosalva (nee Martinez), Devoted step father of Linda (Victor) Petty, Augie (Debra) Peña and Bertha (Alejandro) Centeno, Dear brother of 4 sisters and 8 brothers; Dear grandfather of Jason (Megan) Petty, Chrissy, Scott (Nadia) and Todd (Liz) Peña; great grandfather of Allison and Tyler. Funeral Monday, family and friends are asked to gather 9:00 a.m. at Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels 450 W. Lake St. Roselle, IL. 60172 (3/4 mile west of Bloomingdale/Roselle Rd.) to St. Matthew Church, Glendale Heights. Mass 10:00 a.m. Interment Private. Visitation Sunday 3:00-9:00 p.m at the funeral home.
