Fierce. Giving. Sparkly.
Betty was remarkable, a force, a presence in any room, always giving, always dazzling, shiny and colorful. Kind, but no-nonsense. A true beauty on the inside and outside. Betty was a beloved wife to Matthew, married 42 years, together 45 years; Loving mother to Richard (Sheri), Michael, and her dog Sunny Jo; proud grandma to April – child Olivia; The Late Nicole – children Trinity, Anastacia, Garrett, The Late Dylan, Michael (Ashley) – children Blake, Dylan, Gabriel, Catalina; Kelli Jo (Dane) – children Jill, Jenna; Melissa – child Ashton; Christina (Tarhan) – children Troy -child Dawson, Audrina, Veryk, Katratryrra; Patti – child Sophia; Paul – children Cameron, Payton; Michael Jr; Anthony – child Isabel; Jessica (Robby) – children Addelyn, Gunner, Everly. Betty was a beloved sister, aunt, friend to many. Betty was a devoted dog volunteer at Safe Haven animal shelter, where Betty and Matt adopted their sweet dog Sunny Jo. She valued the love and friendships from the shelter, from the dogs and humans alike. She was a mom to many cats and dogs over her lifetime, and that was one of her proudest joys in life. Betty loved to shop until Matthew dropped. She will be remembered for her generosity, sparkles, cooking, advice giving and always up for fun. She was proud and honored to be a mother and grandmother. She will be missed by all who knew her. Matthew will miss the companionship, love, and friendship they shared for 45 years.
