Carol Ann Santo

Carol Ann Santo, Age 85, went to be with our lord on August 30, 2026 after battling many different health issues with unwavering courage and grace. Carol was remembered most for her love of family, friends, delicious cooking and a beautiful smile that can still be seen until the day she passed.

Carol leaves behind her loving husband of 66 years Gerald Joseph Santo. Son; Gerald Santo (Tami Santo). Daughters Cheryl Santo-Alesia (Vincent Alesia) and Debra Santo-Vitulli (Ralph Vitulli). Carol was preceded in death by her parents Steve Pollack and Christine Marie Occhinpinti;  Adored Grandma of Nicholas Perri (Jordana Perri), James Perri, Angel Kreciak, Michele Alesia-Schultz (Zach Schultz), Nicole Alesia-Sullivan (Shane Sullivan), Shelly Santo-Fern (Austin Fern), Jake Santo, Angela Santo and Max Santo. Cherished Great Grandma of  Christian Hohstadt, Gianna Perri, Anthony Larson, Mariana Perri, Mia Sullivan, Riley Sullivan, Dominic Fern and Maya Fern. She also leaves behind her loving Sister Rickey Pollack-Olsen, loving Brother Steve Pollack (Lorraine Pollack) and loving Sister Darlene Pollack-Elam along with many other family members and dear friends.

May her memory be a blessing that lives in our hearts forever.

A memorial service celebrating Carol's exceptional life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd at Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels, 450 Lake St, Roselle IL. followed by a final prayer service at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hillside, IL.
