Born and raised in Caccamo, Sicily, Concetta came to America with her husband and five children, later having her sixth in the States. Her biggest passion was raising her children and being with her family. She will be forever remembered as a compassionate wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved planting, dancing, playing Bingo, knitting, cooking, and baking bread and cookies. She loved to laugh, tell jokes and rhymes and play with her great-grandchildren. Funeral Thursday, April 29th at Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St, Roselle, 60172. Visitation begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends with a final prayer at 10:15 a.m. Funeral Mass to immediately follow at St. Phillip the Apostle, 1223 W. Holtz Ave, Addison, 60101.
