Cosimo “Casey” Pacione, age 81, of Itasca passed away April 20, 2024. He was the Loving Companion of Ellen: Beloved Husband of The Late Luigina; and The Late Maria; Loving Dad of Nina Slaga, Vito(Deanne), Dominick(Leticia), Frankie(Dena) and Peter(Sue); Loving PaPa of Michael(Logan), Joey, Danny, Jacob, Johnny, Anthony, Gianna, Elizabeth, Natalie, Matthew and The Late Gina; Dear Brother, Zio and Friend to many. Casey was the longtime owner and Barber of Casey’s Barber Shop in Wood Dale, and was a proud member of The Italian American Federation Club. He will be greatly missed.
