Daniel T. Noonan

Daniel T. “Dan” Noonan, 81, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on May 11, 2025. Beloved husband of Dorene, nee Kohout; Devoted father of Sean (Kristen) Noonan and Danene McMahon; Loving son of the late George and Ann Noonan; Dear brother of George (MaryAnn), Michael (Patricia) Noonan, the late Patricia Noonan and Suzanne (late John) Smith; Adored grandpa of Lauren, Jacqueline, Caroline, Alexa, Daniela, Kevin and Michael; Close family member of George (Sandra) Fencl; Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Dan was a friend to all, fiercely loyal, and true family man. He and Dorene, married 53 years, enjoyed spending their time with their kids, grandkids and friends traveling to his favorite places in Mexico, spending time at their home in Lake Geneva, and attending grandkids activities and their sporting events. He enjoyed his morning coffee group, the lunch bunch and family dinners. He was there for anyone in need and was generous to all. His love of fishing created many memories for friends and family who he enjoyed taking Mexico trips with. Dan proudly owned and operated several grocery stores throughout Illinois, produce companies and a butcher shop. To know Dan was to love him. His kind, compassionate, loving, humorous personality touched the lives of so many. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
