Dariusz “Derek” Mazurek, 54, passed away on July 26, 2023.
He is survived by his 2 kids Magdalena and Thomas Mazurek, his brother Michal (Ruth) Mazurek, father Slawomir Mazurek, nephew Michal Mazurek, and former spouse Maria Las-Mazurek.
Derek was loved and will be deeply missed. He will forever remain in our hearts and all of the memories he made with friends and family will never be forgotten.
