Dorina Ciccone

Dorina Ciccone, born on January 12, 1936, in beautiful Rocchetta a Volturno, Italy, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2026, at home in St. Charles, Illinois. She lived a life deeply dedicated to her family: rich in food, floral patios & hot espressos. She poured herself into giving her family comfort & love during each cherished visit.

Dorina was the beloved wife of the late Benny Ciccone and a proud grandmother to eight grandchildren and eight more great-grandchildren who carry a part of her in bloodline & cherished memories.

Born in mountainous central Italy, Dora often shared stories of her early life there - One memory she was very fond of, was her ability to ride her bicycle through town with a jug of water balanced on top of her head. She was the first in her village to achieve this feat, before her sister followed in suit. After the war, she and her family immigrated to America where she assimilated to a new life, and soon met Benny Ciccone who was also born in Rocchetta, Italy. In America, she adopted admirable fashion & style while raising her family. She will be remembered for her beauty & gentle composure.

She is survived by her daughters, Tina (John Greco), Rina (Jeff Steele) & Anna (Todd Bouffard). Her dear sisters, Connie Divito and Dina Santucci, and her brother, Albert Mancini.

Dorina's legacy will be honored during visitation on February 20, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a Mass at Resurrection Catholic Church, located at 30W350 Army Trail Rd, Wayne, IL 60184, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Private burial to follow.

In memory of Dora, we celebrate a remarkable woman whose gentle spirit touched all who had the privilege of receiving her kindness. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered for her boundless love and enduring legacy. We keep her memory close to our hearts as she joins Benny, Mary & Sweet Pauly in heaven.
