Filippo Amenta

Filippo Amenta, Age 84 of Addison, IL born in Sicilia, Italy. Beloved husband of 64 years to the late Grazia Amenta. Loving father of Ciro Amenta and Vincenza (Joseph) Brandonisio. Proud and devoted Nonno to Paolo Brandonisio. Filippo’s life was full of hard work and pride. Much of his joys came from gardening and spending time with his family, especially the joy of his life, grandson Paolo. Family and friends to gather Sunday March 26th from 1:30 p.m. until time of funeral service 4:00 p.m. at Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St., Roselle. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, stjude.org are appreciated in memory of Filippo Amenta.
