At age 28 he met and married the love of his life, Olimpia and moved to Chicago to build his life and start a family. There, with his father in law Joe Spavone, he began his career in the restaurant business. Franco enjoyed entertaining his many friends and guests for years at Spavone’s Seven Hills restaurant in Glenview. He was a proud and devoted family man who always loved spending time surrounded by his children and grandchildren. We will miss him dearly and carry his love in our hearts forever.”
