Frederick J. Polacek

Frederick J. Polacek, born on April 29, 1943, passed away on August 9, 2025. He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Jo (nee Raimondi) Polacek; his godson, Joey Wojnicki; his aunt, Jean Shea; his sister-in-law Diane Polacek; and numerous cousins and friends who will cherish his memory.

Frederick was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Stella; his brother, James Polacek; and his sister-in-law, Katherine.

Visitation will be held on August 14, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at Salerno's Rosedale Chapels in Roselle, IL. A Mass in his honor will follow at St. Walter Church at 10:00 AM,
