Giovanni Portogallo, age 76, beloved husband of the late Santina (nee Furio); devoted father of Anthony (Gina), Giovanni and the late Frank (Marjorie) Portogallo; dear brother of Anna; dear grandfather of Sandra, Rachel, Giovanni, David and Isabella Portogallo; dear uncle of Mimmo. Funeral Saturday, 9 a.m. with a chapel service at 10 a.m. at Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels, 450 W. Lake St. (¾ mile west of Bloomingdale/Roselle Road), Roselle.
