Gregg Straumann

Gregg E. Straumann, 65, of Elmhurst, Illinois, passed away on July 10, 2023.

Gregg was born January 15, 1958 to parents Henry and Margaret Straumann in Elmhurst, IL

For over 40 years he worked for M.L Rongo, Inc., first as a sheet metal worker, then in sales and worked his way up to become Vice President of the company.

Those who truly knew him, loved him. He was generous with his time and resources and would do anything for his family and friends. He had a big heart and made sure those around him felt appreciated and were taken care of.

He is predeceased by his parents, Henry and Margaret, and nephew Adam. He is survived by his two siblings, Lynn and Lee; two nieces, Jennifer and Kelsey, two nephews, Jason and Kyle; and his beloved pup, Missy.

Visitation hours will be held at Salerno’s Rosedale Chapels on Saturday, August 12th from 1-4 p.m. with the funeral service beginning at 3 p.m. Contributions in memory of Gregg can be made to PAWS Chicago and Gigi’s Playhouse.
