Jeffrey R. Conrad

In sorrowful remembrance, we gather to honor the life of Jeffrey R. Conrad, who graced this world with his presence from September 13, 1959, until his departure on December 18, 2025. A dedicated Air Force veteran, Jeffrey served his country with honor, embodying the values of courage and commitment that became the bedrock of his life’s journey.

Born to William and Lillian Conrad, whose guiding hands shaped his early years, Jeffrey grew into a man who carried their legacy forward with strength and pride. As a steadfast husband, he shared 35 lovely years with his beloved spouse Kathleen (nee Brichetto), forming a partnership grounded in love, laughter, and shared dreams.

Jeffrey was more than just a devoted husband; he was a cherished uncle, Jason and Ryan Conrad. He was also a caring brother, standing alongside his brothers Michael (Kathy) Conrad and Larry (Nancy) Conrad,

Family ties extended through his relationship with Ronald Brichetto, his brother-in-law, and Vicki (Ryan) Hopkins, his sister-in-law, further enriching the familial bonds that formed the heart of Jeffrey's existence.

Jeff's light shone brightest when gathered with friends. He thrived in their company, whether cheering energetically for his favorite teams during Monday Night Football or reveling in camaraderie during his cherished annual guys' trip exploring new sports stadiums. These moments filled his life with laughter and joy, highlighting his spirited nature and love for the simple pleasures that friends can bring.

Life for Jeffrey was imbued with vibrant passions; he embraced the thrill of Chicago’s sports that ignited joyful moments shared with family and friends. Each season brought opportunities for celebration, his enthusiasm infectious, making the victories sweeter and the losses lighter. Beyond the stadiums, the allure of the casino called to him, where he relished the excitement of chance and luck, adding another layer to his lively spirit.

As we reflect on Jeffrey's life, we celebrate a man who lived fully, cherishing connections and embracing the moments that life afforded him. His laughter will resonantly echo in our hearts, a comforting reminder of the joy he brought to those lucky enough to know him. His presence may have departed from this world, yet the memories he crafted linger, like whispered secrets from the past, waiting to be shared among those who loved him dearly.

In the embrace of time, Jeffrey R. Conrad lives on in the stories we tell, in the unabashed cheers for Chicago's teams, and in quiet recollections shared amongst family. His spirit intertwined with ours, forever a part of our journey, as we carry forth his legacy of love and laughter, of courage and celebration.
