John S. Golabek, age 88, of Carol Stream, Passed away suddenly on October 09, 2022. Beloved Husband of Barbara (nee Figiel); Cherished Father of John (Debbie), Steve (Kathryn) and Janice (Paul) Dillon; Proud Grandfather of Jonathan, Brett, Ashley, James and the late Derek; Adored Great Grandpa (PaPa) of Victoria and soon to be born Lucas; John was preceded in death by his parents John and Estelle (nee Czaja) Golabek and his adored grandson Derek Golabek; Loving Brother of Dorothy (the late Guy) Vitone; Brother-in-law of Carol (the late John) Sawchuk and Bill and Chris Figiel; Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
John was a proud employee of Peoples Gas Co. Chicago for 38 years.
