Maria Franch, nee Floretta was called home to the Lord on June 11th. She was the beloved wife of the late Lino; loving mother of Annamarie Liberio; cherished nonna of Marissa (Matt) Latawiec and Dominick (Kristen) Liberio; loving bisnonna of Riley and Evelyn; fond sister of Flavio (the late Elena) and Luciano (Lina) Floretta; dear aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Maria was born to Lino and Anna(Piz) Floretta in Cloz, Italy, where she later married. She emigrated to the US in 1954. Maria loved organized tours and cruises, had a sharp wit, was a very talented seamstress, enjoyed crocheting and doing crossword puzzles, and truly loved caring for her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
