Lyczak; devoted mother of Jason (Chris) Lyczak; cherished grandmother of Tyler, Connor, Summer and Skylar Lyczak; dear sister of the late James Birrell and Janet Birrell and dear sister in law of Janice (Paul) Juarez. Visitation will take place on Saturday, April 27 from 12:00-4:00 p.m. Funeral Service will begin at 3:00 p.m. Interment private.
