Melvin V. Derdzinski, born December 20, 1949, passed away on January 22, 2019. He was the loving companion for 28 years of Harriet Carver; devoted son of the late Harold J. and the late Virginia J. Derdzinski; dear brother of Larry (Velva) Derdzinski and Celeste (James) Fraser; dear uncle of the late Roger Derdzinski and several other nieces, nephews and friends. Mel was a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was an avid fisherman that enjoyed the Wisconsin outdoors. He was a member of the SEIU Local 1. Visitation Monday 3:00- 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will begin at 7:30 p.m. Burial will take place Tuesday 1:00 p.m. at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
